History of Project Management
The other main aim of the project management which needs to focus is that every project is
different from the other project, every project has own methodologies, pros and cons. Every
project needs to manage in an entirely different manner. If we manage every project in the same
manner, the result was hilarious. The project become the failure for sure, because every project
can’t be handled in the same manner. There are many changes occur in the project, which needs
to be cater with the development time, if the change is not properly planned the result was the
failure of project. sometimes the change is very important for the project in terms of its success.
Actually, in the real world, it does not happen. Every project has to deal with the change
management and planned phase. So through planning it can be minimized but one cannot ignore it.

ReplyDeleteIn the blog by Rekha Rani, I concluded that the aspect of Project Management principles varied from ancient to modern time as various projects come with different constraints. Proper planning and human skills play an important in managing factors involved in any project. Introduction of new tools like Gantt chart which displays essential timeline of a project with critical nodes. Every phase of a project needs high degree of project management skills in order to counterbalance negative impacts of project constraints such as time and budget. Overall, handing a project efficiently play a vital role in its success.

In the year 1956, the American association for the. cost engineers have found that the cost engineers are also an important task in the project. management. The project management is based on Gantt chart and it helps in the scheduling of activities. The skills and processes has been refined to date, project management has become one of the most favorite job designation in any project.
