Assignment 3: Team Leadership Blog The other main aim of the project management which needs to focus is that every project is different from the other project, every project has own methodologies, pros and cons. Every project needs to manage in an entirely different manner. If we manage every project in the same manner, the result was hilarious. The project become the failure for sure, because every project can’t be handled in the same manner. There are many changes occur in the project, which needs to be cater with the development time, if the change is not properly planned the result was the failure of project. sometimes the change is very important for the project in terms of its success.   Actually, in the real world, it does not happen. Every project has to deal with the change management and planned phase. So through planning it can be minimized but one cannot ignore it.
